Yes I could update this Mac to Leopard and run Leopard Webkit, but would rather stay on Tiger because it runs decently, looks nice, and also fits better. Still though, TenFourFox (and Firefox in general) is slow on low-end hardware, and I wonder if there are any modern or still supported alternatives to TenFourFox on Mac OS X Tiger (10.4.11). 12.0 is most definitely not compatible with the version of OS X on my MacBook Pro. Whenever I load Firefox it tells me to upgrade to 12.0 for security reasons. I'm running Mac OS X 10.4.11 'Intel,' TenFourFox doesn't help with that. Release 25 (the latest version) includes all relevant security and stability fixes from Firefox ESR 68.11, performance optimizations. TenFourFox Feature Parity Release 25 is free and open-source software for PowerPC-based Macs running Mac OS X 10.4 and 10.5.
